I joined the company in December 07 as CSR, after a few months I was invited onto the Masters course. It was great, very supportive and I enjoyed every session. It has given me the knowledge and confidence to drive our business forward and now I have passed I am currently the Store Supervisor at Clayton Street and hoping to progress my career further.

Joined The Money Shop in 2007 as a CSR, began the MASTERS (the internal management development programme) programme in July 2008 and have been promoted twice during this period. I went from CSR to Supervisor in November 2008 to Store Manager in July 2009. As long as you have a positive attitude and motivated, you can earn extra money every month. Started with the company in September 07 as a part time CSR, within a year of being with the company I was promoted to Assistant Manager. I was also chosen to take part in the MASTERS programme to take me up to a Store Manager position. I really enjoyed the masters and learned so much about all aspects of the business, it gave me the confidence to know I could run a store and deal with any difficult situations or problems. Having my own store is something I am working towards and have got the help and training I need to make this happen. I would not have thought this would be achievable in such a short period of time but with the help and training the company offers staff it's fantastic and I always have the support of my manager. The bonus scheme is great and it's fantastic to save it towards holidays and Christmas. I am definitely here for the long term and have even introduced my friend to the company who loves it too.

I have been working for the Money Shop since October 2006 and started as a CSR at the Bexleyheath. Within that time I attended the MASTERS programme and graduated in December 2008. I found the MASTERS training programme was very helpful, easy to follow and if there were any questions or something I needed help with, the training team were always at the end of the telephone to help with the problem. With the MASTERS experience behind me, I progressed to Secondment Manager in the new Dartford branch in 2008, then I was appointed Store Manager permanently in January 2009. In the time that I have been Store Manager, the store has successfully met targets and the business is now growing in Dartford. This has been through dedication, hard work and having a good team around me.
