Customer Sales Representative - Job Profile

As a Customer Sales Representative (CSR) you would provide our customers with a range of Money Shop products. To do this successfully you will need to provide excellent customer service and demonstrate successful sales techniques to promote and cross sell our products.

Your communication skills will be second to none as you will need to discuss customer's accounts with them face to face and over the phone, as well as working closely with the Store Manager and the rest of the store team.

You will need to be methodical and organised as the role requires accurate maintenance of records, ensuring that all Company policies and procedures are adhered to.

The Money Shop expects that your personal presentation should be of the highest standard and this should be reflected in how your store is presented too.

Previous experience in retail and/or financial sectors is advantageous but not essential. Some experience of selling is desirable.
