If your application is successful, you will proceed to the first stage of our interview process. First interviews are usually held over the telephone; this will help us quickly establish your skills, match them to our business and answer any questions you may have.
If you are successful at the first stage, congratulations! You will then proceed to the second stage. At this point, you will be invited to attend a second interview at one of our Money Shop stores. During the interview you will:
• Be asked a number of questions regarding your previous experience and suitability for the role
• Be asked to take a numeracy and literacy test
• Be shown around the store and introduced to the team
• Be given a quick insight into our products and into the expectations of the job role
This should give you a good feel for our company and give us a chance to assess your suitability.
Management positions often require a third interview.

All roles are subject to a credit check, a basic criminal record check and employment references. An offer of employment is subject to satisfactory responses to these checks.
Tier 2 Certificate of Sponsorship (formerly a Work Permit)
These jobs are unlikely to attract a Tier 2 certificate of sponsorship (formerly a work permit).
